Eleesha is the founder of EME Aesthetics & Academy, a multi award-winning clinic and training academy based in the West Midlands.

EME was created from the initials of Eleesha and her two children and represents the journey, resilience and purpose behind the brand, as well as the future it continues to build.
Since qualifying in aesthetics in 2020, Eleesha has built a loyal client base and an academy recognised for its high standards, safety-led approach and commitment to doing things properly. Known for her calm, considered style, she brings the same level of care and attention to both her clients and her students, ensuring treatments and training are guided by anatomy, clinical understanding and ethical practice.
As the industry evolves, Eleesha is progressing into her Masters in Nursing, supporting EME’s transition into a more medical-led direction and ensuring both the clinic and academy continue to meet the highest clinical and professional standards.
Beyond treatments and qualifications, EME is known for the experience it offers. Clients and students choose EME for reassurance, honesty and clear guidance, whether they are placing their face and body in trusted hands or building a long-term career in aesthetics. Every appointment and training course is approached with empathy, transparency and care, creating an environment where confidence is built properly and standards are never compromised.

Train With EME
Alongside the clinic, EME is also home to EME Academy, where training is delivered for those entering or progressing in aesthetics who want strong foundations and a clear understanding of safe, responsible practice. Courses are designed to build confidence properly, with a strong focus on anatomy, clinical thinking and ethical decision-making rather than shortcuts or trends.
Training is delivered in small groups to allow for close supervision, personalised guidance and a supportive learning environment. Whether students are taking their first steps into aesthetics or developing existing skills, EME Academy is known for its high standards, safety-led approach and commitment to preparing practitioners for long-term, professional practice.
