  • Terms & Conditions



    EME Aesthetics





    1. General

    By booking an appointment with EME Aesthetics, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all consultations, treatments, procedures, and services provided.

    EME Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.


    2. Age Restriction

    All treatments are provided to individuals aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested.


    3. Consultation & Informed Consent

    All treatments require:

    • Completion of a medical history form

    • Clinical assessment

    • Discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives

    • Signed informed consent

    Treatment will not proceed without completed consent documentation.


    4. Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment

    EME Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if:

    • A medical contraindication is identified

    • Treatment is not clinically appropriate

    • Unrealistic expectations are expressed

    • There are safeguarding concerns

    • The client appears intoxicated or unwell

    Client safety and ethical practice take priority.


    5. Payments & Deposits

    • Deposits are required to secure appointments.

    • Deposits are non-refundable.

    • Full payment may be required in advance for certain treatments.

    • Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise.


    6. Refund Policy

    All treatments and procedures are strictly non-refundable once:

    • Treatment has commenced

    • Products have been prepared or opened

    • Clinical time has been allocated


    Variation in results due to biological factors does not constitute grounds for refund.

    Refunds will not be issued due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Desire for additional product

    • Normal settling or healing processes

    • Longevity differences

    Exceptional cases remain at the discretion of clinic management.


    7. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

    • Late cancellations: deposit forfeited

    • No-shows: deposit forfeited

    • Repeated cancellations: prepayment required

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited.


    8. Review Appointments

    Clients must contact the clinic if they have concerns following treatment.

    A review appointment allows clinical assessment but does not guarantee additional treatment or refund.

    Additional treatment may incur further charges.


    9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge:

    • You have received consultation and signed informed consent

    • You understand risks and outcome variability

    • You accept the clinic’s refund policy


    Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the clinic may result in:

    • Submission of signed documentation to the payment provider

    • Recovery action for outstanding balances

    • Restriction from future bookings

    Fraudulent disputes will be treated seriously.


    10. Photography & Social Media

    Clinical photographs may be taken for:

    • Medical records

    • Treatment planning

    • Progress comparison


    Separate written consent will be obtained for marketing or social media use.

    Clients may withdraw marketing consent at any time in writing.


    11. Body Filler Specific Clause

    Body filler treatments involve larger product volumes and may carry:

    • Increased swelling duration

    • Higher inflammatory response

    • Longer recovery periods

    • Need for staged treatments

    Clients acknowledge that multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.


    12. Aftercare Compliance

    Clients agree to follow all personalised aftercare instructions.

    Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and may limit the clinic’s responsibility for complications arising from non-compliance.


    13. Limitation of Liability

    EME Aesthetics will not be liable for:

    • Expected side effects

    • Known risks disclosed during consent

    • Complications arising from undisclosed medical history

    • Failure to follow aftercare instructions


    Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so.


    14. Data Protection

    Client information is stored securely and processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Full privacy policy details are available separately.


    15. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    • Remove faulty equipment from use immediately




    Fire Safety & Emergencies

    • Unobstructed fire exits

    • Fire safety equipment on site

    • Staff awareness of evacuation procedures




    Staff Responsibilities



    All team members are required to:


    • Follow clinic safety protocols

    • Maintain hygiene standards

    • Use equipment safely

    • Report hazards, incidents, or concerns immediately




    Policy Review



    This policy is reviewed regularly and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation or clinic practice.





    Infection Control Policy



    At EME Aesthetics, infection prevention and control forms a core part of clinical practice.

    Clients are advised to contact the clinic promptly if they experience increasing redness, warmth, swelling, pain, or discharge following treatment.
