EME Beauty Studios provides body contouring treatments, including Liquid BBL and other related services, as well as professional training courses. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information when booking services or registering for training.
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

3. Bookings and Appointments

a. Booking Policy

Appointments for treatments must be booked through contacting us directly and training can be booked via contacting us or via our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

b. Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit and vary in price depending on the treatment you’re having.
Payments for training can be made through our secure payment system using accepted payment methods (e.g., credit cards, debit cards, or other online payment gateways).
For some services a consultation may be required which will cost £25-£50 and is redeemable against your treatment. This is especially useful if your insure on what procedure is best for you, or the amount of filler you may need.

c. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For treatments: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours (7 days for BBLs) in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
For training sessions: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the specific training program’s policies.

4. Training Programs

We offer specialized training in body contouring treatments. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following:

Non-Refundable Deposits: Enrollment deposits may be non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by EME Beauty Studios.
Certification: Successful completion of the training may result in certification, but this does not guarantee licensure or employment. It is your responsibility to verify local regulations and requirements to practice.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided during training are proprietary to EME Beauty Studios and cannot be reproduced or distributed without our permission.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Our body contouring treatments, including Liquid BBL, are cosmetic in nature and not intended to treat or cure any medical condition.
By scheduling a treatment, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding the procedures and that you meet the necessary health requirements.
Consent Forms: Prior to undergoing treatment, you may be required to sign a consent form acknowledging the potential risks, side effects, and benefits of the procedure.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our website.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff members.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or take legal action if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service that gives rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EME Beauty Studios, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
